Video Consent & Release

Your coach has partnered with SwimClips to capture training and race video. We’d love to feature some of that footage on our website, social channels, and in promotional materials to highlight great swimming and showcase what coaches and athletes are doing with SwimClips.

By submitting the form below, you agree to the following:

• You grant SwimClips, Inc., your coach/team, and Mike Bottom permission to use, edit, and share video recordings that include you for website content, social media, and marketing and promotional materials.

• Videos may be edited, shortened, or combined with other footage. All content will be used in a positive and respectful way that represents you and the sport well.

• You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of these videos. Videos may be publicly visible online.

• We will never sell your personal information or license your likeness to third parties.

• By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the individual named below, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are not submitting on behalf of another person.

• This consent remains in effect unless you revoke it in writing by emailing support@swimclips.com. Upon revocation, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from future use, though previously published materials may remain.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
